I can't get in BIOS by "DEL" or "F11" key, is there anyway I can enter BIOS from OS?

You can access BIOS by Windows 10 option: Click the lower left windows logo → Settings → Update & security → Recovery → Advanced startup and Restart now → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings → Restart
